“A couple of my co-workers had a money jar going where they put in a quarter any time either one of them swore. A couple of weeks ago I asked them what they were doing with the money and they didn’t have a plan. I proceded to tell them about Project Share and about how many families were going to be fed and how many volunteers are involved in the project. They thought it was a good cause so Project Share will get the money even though they have both done a good job of cleaning up their language.
Here’s the really cool part. One of the two came in this week and handed me an envelope and told me that he was really impressed with what he heard about Project Share and how so many people get involved and because he is on the road so much he wanted to contribute now in case he wasn’t around when we collected the offering. I opened the envelope when I got home and there was $50 in it!” Lee.
